Ways to Donate

The Spartan Foundation board has accepted donations in total of $833,425 to date. The Spartan Golf Tournament net profits and donations made by many have over the past 34 years allowed the Spartan Foundation to distribute over $568,642 to requests consistent with our Mission Statement.

It is the dream of the Spartan Foundation that with increased awareness, additional contributions will be provided by interested patrons. To this end, the Spartan Foundation has created a separate endowment fund, the Richfield Spartan Legacy Fund. The principal of these separate donations will be segmented in a single investment account. The earnings will be used to fund additional scholarships and to-be-determined projects.

Bill Davis, class of 1960 was the first RHS student-athlete who went on to star at the U of M and to become a professional baseball player.  Bill learned that giving back to Richfield was the best way to honor those who guided him. In that spirit, Bill served for 32 years on the Spartan Foundation Board supporting RHS students. The new Bill Davis Scholarship awards funding for RHS seniors who enter college as students in good standing as well as demonstrating service to both the school and to the greater community of Richfield, as Bill did. Please give your donations to the Bill Davis Scholarship for RHS" seniors.
